maybe u using line chart..switch to candlestick

That's an excellent point, you may even have your chart set to 'bar charts'.

Press ALT+2 to switch to candlesticks.

• Can you see the indicator in the list inside MT4?
• Are you getting an error message?
• Do you see TheForexGuy printed in the bottom left corner?

This is definitely because you have 'charts on foreground' selected. Press F8, then go to the common tab. Untick 'chart on foreground'

Hi, i had similar experience on two chart windows i opened. What i did was delete the chart windows and open them then load the indicator and it worked. Hope this works for you.
