RF1508 trades

[RF1508]

These are two trade setups.
I will choose one of them to enter as I am already short in GBPJPY.



EURCHF is interesting because I see an inside day after a doji kind of candle.
Next to this the price may try to close the pricegap.



I will try to tackle EURUSD by using a retracement entry.

The grey areas?
These are areas where price has left a gap. Sooner or later price will fill this gap.

That's too bad. That's why I took the EURCHF trade.
The EURGBP has quite a long rejection candle and the SL point would have been quite big.
Wouldn't try it again just like that.

Last night my entry on USDJPY got hit.
Perfect clean entry; within a range of 20 points.

Hope we get past the EMA's fast.

I think the GBPCHF has a better potential and a stronger bullish trend.

i don't watch CADCHF. Anyway there's a resistance just above the GBPCHF setup. its probably best to apply the 1:1 (sl move to entry) trailing immediately once it retrace and move back to your 1:1 anyhow, my personal view is that, i don't see any support for that rejection candle except by EMS which for me is not good enough on the current situation. But you might got your own reason, which might turn out to be a valid reason.

I will keep a close eye on this pair just when London session starts and see what it does.

For the new week I intend to trade the GBPUSD.
Been a while.

This is my setup;



The idea is to trade the mean reversion and if a buy signal occurs I close the trade and switch to a long position.
I'm thinking to use a retracement entry AND a breakout entry.

Can you provide me with some of your feedback TFG?

I did, the entry was like picture perfect but after two days price started retracing so I got scared and exited the trade.
Because I was also in the EURUSD short I still was happy with the result

This looks like a good set-up with some potential.

I might wait for London open instead of taking a retracement entry to avoid breakout traps and I am already in a GBPCHF short position (Of which I think it might not last much longer). Any comments?
