Optimum time to place a retracement entry order

Hi all,

I understand from the Price Action Course that early breakouts in the Asian session can develop into traps, and so retracement entry orders should be placed nearer the London open.

I live in the UK, so following price action during the night isn't practical. Is there an optimum time when I should be looking to place these? I need to know when to set my alarm....!

Checking the markets at the London open is a good time for you to check for those asian session fake outs.

If you are looking to trade the end of day setups, then the new york close is really where you want to check for these trades, especially if you're going for retracement orders.

breakout setups can wait until after London, as they are more reliable then.
