I messed up the install of TFGT,now it won't work

Hi Dale,
I made a mess of the install because I ran into a block when trying to download the file with windows 10, It could not get the .ex file from the site, only .htm file.
As I am no expert in computer I managed to completely mess up my MT4 Platform . I have had to download a new one forsaking all my previously installed indicators.
I finally managed to download an .ex file by using the Chrome Browser.However it still won't work. Probably because all the fiddling I did before must have led the system to believe that I was not playing fair. This is not the case . I only want TFGT on my PC and on my Laptop. Can you Please help.

You posted this in the wrong section. There is a support thread for these tools.

If you have the .ex4 file, then follow the installation steps closely in the guide.

Guaranteed you have not done one of the steps.
