Horizontal line alert indicator

does anyone here have an indicator that would make every horizontal line in my chart ping a sound whenever the price is reach?

I used to have one that made a pip when the price reached every object on the chart, including lines. It was quite annoying though. Anyway it was some time ago and i have no idea which could it be. Surely it is arround forexfactory or mql4.com forums
