Hi, I have only recently started using the BS and last Thursday 12th October at about 0600GMT I got three breakout trap events in quick succession which got me very excited! One was a Bullish breakout on AUD/USD which did transpire, the other two were Bearish breakout alerts on USD/CHF and USD/CAD which were actually Bullish breakouts, all on the one hour time frame.
My question is if the alert says Bearish breakout trap event close to triggering is it suggesting a breakout in a bearish direction (my original thought) or is it just referring to the trend immediately preceeding the alert and the direction of the breakout could be either way?
As, in my limited experience, these events are over in 3 to 4 hours I need to get in quick and it went horribly wrong on USD/CHF and USD/CAD!
