New york close charts

Hi I am trying to set up my Oanda account with the New York close charts, is GMT + 2 on MT4 the New York close? I am so confused.

managed it, CMD?
My mt4 starts a new daily candle when GMT+2 is 0:00 , which is 17:00 in New York
(NY close charts with GoMarkets, 5 candle per week)
