Market Info - Best Sites for Data

Its really interesting to me to read some of you guys and your analysis in the chat room or the forums.
Guys like Endo and DnB seem to keep a finger on the pulse of the markets by looking at some fundamental releases / COT/ OI info.
The more I look at the forex market - the more important it is becoming to get a feel for sentiment BEFORE i put a trade on. Sometimes i have put a trade on based purely on the tech/charting element and been smashed by the fundamental data or sudden change in sentiment based on Open Interest etc.

Can i get some opinions on where the best sites are to get this valuable infofrom?
Paid or free it doesnt matter.

Endo - I'd especially like to know where you get your up to date OI/COT data from? Usually it is a week out of date via the official sources that im looking at ;)

Any suggestions of good places for market info would be appreciated.
Cheers All

All thought I try to be as informed as I can with what's going on in the markets, I barely read up on the news. Price action will reflect on what's going on and that's really all I use in my trading.

But if you want to know what's going on fundamentally.

If you would like a visual representation of the COT reports check out

http://www.timingcharts.com

I am sure others have more resources on the fundementals.

Thanks Endo and Graham.
Its good that you mentioned timingcharts.com - as i had already found that and am still learning the differences between Large Commercials, Specs and Funds to get a feel for who is pushing the market at any one time.

I have in the past used OANDAs free news/data feed (on a demo account) which sometimes mentions key Option Expiry dates and where stops/orders may lie accordingly. Do you guys use this for your Options Exp info?
Anywhere else that just provide options based info?

Cheers
Matt
