Forex Backtest Software

Having completed reading all learning source from this website. I think the next step is to backtest all I had learn.
Do you all guys agree this step?

Any of you recommend a good price and reliable software to purchase?

Need some confidence before pouring some money in Forex.
Already lost 2 years saving before meet this website, now I become scare to execute trade.

Yes backtesting would be an important part to get you confidence back.

I use ForexTester 3 for backtesting purposes with paid data to ensure quality (I typically get one month subscription and than download all the symbols into database for later use). Just Google it and it should pop up.
