Global Crosshair & MT4 to MT5

Is it possible to have a global crosshair on MT4? if yes, would you kindly provide on how to get it

Not sure by the meaning of "global" ?

But there is Crosshair cursor for each chart

It can be placed on the toolbar as shown

On my computer, press the Wheel like a button and it comes by magic!
