Trading Sundays?

I live and trade within the New York time zone, so for me the market closes Friday @5:00 p.m. and reopens at Sunday 5:00 p.m. I often avoid trading on Sunday because I realize the doesn't reflect the entire day's range and therefore I wait until Monday evening to begin trading since I know the candlestick I am looking actually reflects the entire day. Am I doing this right? Should I look at Friday's candle and Sunday's candle and somehow merge then into a single candle, or avoid Sunday altogether. My MT4 chart displays Friday and Sunday as separate candlesticks.

Thank you in advance for your replies.

Vasude is right, you need to switch to New York close candles to avoid a distorted data feed.

Brokers like Alpari UK and FXDD are good choices.

I read about it on the "Price Action Protocol" but somehow had forgotten about it. Thank you all for the reply.

The Sunday Trading Act 1994 is an Act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom governing the right of shops in England and Wales to trade on a Sunday.
